A creamy rich texture with layering of Macintosh apple, pear, lemon drops, vanilla spice, citrus tones, fresh acidity and notes of butter finely integrated in the finish.

VINTAGE & VITICULTURE
Weather conditions were fairly normal in winter and early spring 2011. April and May brought about very wet conditions and by early June the vineyards were behind by a couple of weeks. Summer came on strong with temperatures a few degrees above normal and dry sunny conditions allowed the fruit to ripen early. Harvest began early and picking became more challenging with the fall rains. The vintage is promising to showcase some very nice wines.
